Fulfillment & Shipping
Our products are printed on demand and fulfilled before they are ship. Fulfillment times range from 2 to 10 days, depending on the product.
The shipping dates we provide are estimates. Some products may experience longer than expected shipping times due to pandemic related issues.
We recommend that customers outside the US include a phone number during check out so that shipping service providers can contact you if there are any delivery issues.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The cost may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except for damaged, mislabeled, or defective products.
Review your order
• Make sure you select the correct quantity, size, color, and options of the items you purchase.
• Double-check shirt sizes since their measurements can vary up to 2" (5cm) in length and height.
• Make sure the shipping address included in the order is correct.
If you receive a damaged, mislabeled, or defective product, please contact us within four weeks to resolve the issue. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description and high-quality photos of the problem. Include shirt measurements in pictures related to shirt size matters.
Products returned for incorrect or missing address information on an order can be re-shipped. The customer is responsible for any new shipping cost.
